Day-of Event Execution
We lead all logistical aspects of your event to ensure a smooth, professional experience for your guests, donors, sponsors, and staff.
Day-of services include:
Arrival 2+ hours prior to check-in for setup and coordination
On-site leadership of guest check-in and check-out
Volunteer recruitment, training, and supervision
Management of signage, sponsor materials, raffle and auction setup
Coordination of load-in/load-out, vendor timing, and staff roles
Real-time troubleshooting and execution of Run of Show
On-site sales of raffle tickets and wine pulls (if applicable)
Recording of all live auction and paddle raise outcomes
Our team serves as the primary liaison for venue staff, AV teams, and all vendor partners to ensure flawless delivery.
